Class Options
Beginners Boxing
No contact. 30-minute intro-level class that will teach you the simple foundations of boxing.
Become familiar with the basic punches and footwork needed to jump to one of our faster-paced classes!
Advanced Class
Some contact. Preferably experienced level members. You will develop a stronger understanding of the sweet science of boxing. This class focuses on the small and important details you need to become a great boxer and athlete. Advanced Boxing classes include heavy bag work, shadow boxing, focus mitt drills, and strength and conditioning techniques. When you’re ready for the next step in your training, this class will help bring out your inner warrior.
Personal Training
30-45 minute sessions personalized to you and your goals. Improve anything from your strength, cardio, skill, and knowledge of boxing and fitness.
Our knowledgeable and experienced coaches will motivate you & be with you every step of the way.
Showtime Boxing
No contact. 45-minute class filled with a full body workout utilizing boxing and fitness together to create a fun and fast pace environment.
Improve your basic understanding of punches, footwork, and coordination.
Kids Boxing
Optional contact. All levels are welcome. Learn anything from the basics of boxing all the way up to the advanced sweet science if you’re willing!
Fun and fast-paced group class. Ages 8-14 are welcomed. 15+ can join our showtime classes.
