TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using any service offered by Savage Fit Box, you agree to the terms below.

Your first class visit is free of charge and does not automatically enroll you into any membership. If you (the buyer) purchases a punch card, drop in, and/or promotion offer, all purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you (the buyer) enroll into a membership agreement, please view the terms and conditions listed below. All members are required to bring their own gloves for class. If you do not have your own gloves, you can rent them from the front desk at $3 per visit. First time visitors will not be charged for their first rental. Failure to return the rented gloves may result in additional fees if gloves become lost or stolen.

All memberships run month-to-month until you (the buyer) cancel this agreement. Such cancellations or pauses must be in person and canceled BEFORE leaving the facility. Cancellations may also be in writing, sent registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or hand delivered to Savage Fit Box, 2228 N Hillcrest Pkwy, Altoona WI 54720. If you do hand deliver your cancellation notice, be sure to get a signed statement from an official at Savage Fit Box, acknowledging the receipt of your notice. Some methods, such as but not limited to, text messages, phone call, and social media messaging, are not approved forms of canceling. All cancellations or pauses must be received and approved no less than 5 days (120 hours) before 12:01am of the renewal date to avoid any cancellation penalties. Any member who sends an email to cancel their membership must also meet the requirements above and receive a response back from a Savage Fit Box staff member approving the cancellation. It is up to the member canceling to communicate with Savage Fit Box staff to get their membership canceled if an email is not responded to.

HOWEVER, ANY FEES ALREADY COLLECTED ARE NON REFUNDABLE. NON-ATTEDANCE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CANCELLATION. 

If your membership billing does not run due to expired cards, insufficient funds, and any other reason, it is up to you, the client, to take the appropriate steps to get your account out of a negative balance. If your membership billing fails and does not successfully process within 24 hours of the billing date, a $10 late fee will be added on top of your existing balance. Every seven (7) days your account remains unpaid, there will be an additional $10 added.  This will continue until the account is paid off in full.

If your account goes more than 90 days delinquent, you may be sent to collections for the full outstanding amount. You could be held liable for all collections costs including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees. You may cancel your membership if you develop a full and permanent disability, which prohibits you from utilizing ALL portions of Savage Boxing & Fitness, by having your licensed medical physician fill out a Disability Form. This form must be scanned & emailed, mailed, or faxed directly from the licensed medical physician’s office in order to be accepted. A doctor’s note will not be accepted.
