Real boxing technique, footwork, and fundamentals. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn proper boxing. You will work on stance, movement, striking, combinations, and defensive skills while getting a solid conditioning workout. Our coaches guide you with clear instruction and support so you feel confident as you learn and improve.

Showtime Fitness


A high-energy mix of boxing movement and full-body conditioning.
This class blends bag work, strength training, and fast-paced intervals that challenge your endurance and keep you moving with purpose. Expect sweat, intensity, and a workout that feels both fun and rewarding.
Great for beginners and experienced athletes

Youth Boxing

A supportive space where young athletes (ages 8 to 14) learn discipline, confidence, and boxing fundamentals.
Kids build coordination, balance, and technique through structured drills and positive coaching. The goal is to help them grow physically and mentally while having fun and learning the foundations of the sport.

  • No experience is required. Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced boxers. Coaches provide modifications and guidance so you can progress at your own pace.

  • No. Sparring is always optional and only introduced when someone is ready and interested. Many members train purely for fitness, skill, or confidence without ever sparring.

  • We offer flexible membership options and class packs. Our goal is to make boxing accessible to everyone. Visit the gym or contact us for current pricing and recommendations based on your goals.

  • Most members train 2-4 times per week. Coaches can help you find a schedule that fits your goals and recovery needs.

  • Yes, we offer 1on1 personal training from any of our trainers. We work closely with you to set goals and make an action plan to succeed.

  • Our classes are designed to be versatile to many different experience levels and fitness goals. Our Youth Boxing class is geared for kids aged 8 to 14. While all other classes feature a mix of age ranges from young adult to middle aged.
